By creating an account you agree to these terms. 1. ELIGIBILITY. You must be at least 18 years old, or 13 or older with verifiable permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use GemVaults. One account per person. Accounts registered through shared or automated systems may be closed. 2. HOW EARNINGS WORK. GemVaults is a rewards platform. Advertisers pay us when you complete their offers - installing an app, finishing a survey, reaching a goal in a game. We share a portion of that payment with you as your balance. Your balance is a reward credit, not wages, and no employment relationship is created. 3. CREDIT IS NOT GUARANTEED. An offer credits only when the advertiser confirms your completion. We do not control advertiser tracking. If an advertiser does not report your completion, or reports it and later reverses it as invalid, we cannot credit it or must remove the amount. Reversals are the main reason a balance can go down. 4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT. Do not use multiple accounts, VPNs or proxies to disguise your location, emulators, bots or automated completion tools, falsified survey answers, or stolen payment or identity details. Any of these void your balance and close your account without payment. 5. CASHOUTS. The minimum cashout is $1.00. Earnings are held for 7 days after they are credited before becoming available, so advertiser reversals can settle. Once you request a cashout we process it to the method you selected. We may require identity verification before releasing payment. 6. VERIFICATION. We may ask you to confirm your email address and, before a cashout, to verify your identity. Payments are sent only to the verified account holder. 7. REFERRALS. You earn a referral bonus when someone you referred completes their first offer. Self-referrals, incentivised sign-ups and referral spam void the bonus. GIVEAWAY RULES 8. NO PURCHASE OR OFFER REQUIRED. Entry to any GemVaults giveaway is free. You do not need to spend money, complete an offer, hold a balance or cash out in order to enter or to win. Anyone telling you otherwise is not us. Completing offers earns you a balance; it does not buy entries and does not improve your odds. 9. HOW TO ENTER. Each giveaway post states its own entry method, entry window and closing date. One entry per person per giveaway. Duplicate accounts, alternate accounts and automated entries are disqualified. 10. THE PRIZE IS FUNDED BEFORE THE GIVEAWAY OPENS. We buy the prize before we announce it. We do not run giveaways for prizes we do not already hold. 11. HOW THE WINNER IS PICKED. Winners are drawn at random after the closing date, on camera, and the recording is published. The winner is announced publicly and contacted using the details on their entry. 12. CLAIMING. A winner has 7 days from the announcement to respond. If they do not, we draw again and say so publicly. Prizes are delivered digitally. There is no cash alternative unless the giveaway says so. 13. NOT AFFILIATED. GemVaults is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with Valve, Steam, Roblox Corporation, Amazon, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo or any other rights holder whose products may appear as prizes. All trademarks belong to their owners. Prizes are purchased by us at retail and given away as-is. 14. WHERE THIS APPLIES. Giveaways are void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for knowing whether you may lawfully enter from your location, and for any tax due on a prize you receive. 15. ACCOUNT CLOSURE. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account we believe is engaged in fraud. Balances built through fraud are forfeited. 16. CHANGES. We may update these terms.
