By creating an account you agree to these terms. 1. ELIGIBILITY. You must be at least 18 years old, or 13 or older with verifiable permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use LootLoop. One account per person. Accounts registered through shared or automated systems may be closed. 2. HOW EARNINGS WORK. LootLoop is a rewards platform. Advertisers pay us when you complete their offers - installing an app, finishing a survey, reaching a goal in a game. We share a portion of that payment with you as your balance. Your balance is a reward credit, not wages, and no employment relationship is created. 3. CREDIT IS NOT GUARANTEED. An offer credits only when the advertiser confirms your completion. We do not control advertiser tracking. If an advertiser does not report your completion, or reports it and later reverses it as invalid, we cannot credit it or must remove the amount. Reversals are the main reason a balance can go down. 4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT. Do not use multiple accounts, VPNs or proxies to disguise your location, emulators, bots or automated completion tools, falsified survey answers, or stolen payment or identity details. Any of these void your balance and close your account without payment. 5. CASHOUTS. The minimum cashout is $1.00. Earnings are held for 7 days after they are credited before becoming available, so advertiser reversals can settle. Once you request a cashout we process it to the method you selected. We may require identity verification before releasing payment. 6. VERIFICATION. We may ask you to confirm your email address and, before a cashout, to verify your identity. Payments are sent only to the verified account holder. 7. REFERRALS. You earn a referral bonus when someone you referred completes their first offer. Self-referrals, incentivised sign-ups and referral spam void the bonus. 8. ACCOUNT CLOSURE. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account we believe is engaged in fraud. Balances built through fraud are forfeited. 9. CHANGES. We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. 10. CONTACT.
