If you completed everything properly and 24 hours have passed, contact us with the offer name and roughly when you did it and we will chase it with the advertiser.

Advertisers can reverse a completion they judge invalid, sometimes several days after it happened. The 7-day hold lets those reversals settle before money leaves the site, which is exactly what lets us pay honest users reliably instead of clawing payments back afterwards. Your balance is still yours during the hold - it just is not withdrawable yet.
